Način pripreme  

Prvo, napravite salsu. Pomiješajte sve sastojke (koristite 1/2 čilija za blaži okus, a cijeli čili za oštriji). Stavite na stranu dok kuhate dimljenu šunku.  Zagrijte rešetku oko 3 minute. Koristite nož s tankom oštricom da izrežete dimljenu šunku na 2 odreska, a zatim zarežite koru na svakih 2-3 cm. Lagano premažite uljem. Pecite oko 3 minute sa svake strane dok ne očvrsne, a zatim premažite medom s jedne strane i pecite još 1 minutu...
